摘要
The article presents an analysis of the theoretical interdisciplinary model "Psychological and Medical Assistance for Safe Mobility" developed in Germany and supported in some EU countries. The model includes three key "prevention levels" aimed at ensuring both mobility and a high level of road safety for road users. One of the main elements of the model is medical and psychological assessment, which allows to assess mobility competence. The article gives a detailed description of the three "prevention levels" of the model and defines the tasks for medical doctors and psychologists at each level. The article focuses on preventive work with drivers who violate traffic laws being impaired with alcohol. It raises a number of issues related to the replication of the model, its principles and approaches in the Russian Federation, where drinking and driving currently presents an acute problem. The article describes the tasks of comprehensive prevention of drunk driving, highlights the key activities in this direction including organizational, legal, medical and socio-psychological aspects of this work.
