CONTROLLABILITY IN THE KORNAI-WEIBULL QUEUING MODEL OF A MARKET IN A SHORTAGE ECONOMY

We consider controllability in the Kornai-Weibull queueing model of a market in a shortage economy. We show that the model is not price-controllable and that it is weakly locally supply-controllable. The price noncontrollability follows from a lack of connections between price and supply. We introduce such connections and show that under some assumptions the extended model is locally weakly price-controllable.
