摘要：
This series analyzes 224 percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomies placed in 220 children. Our experience indicates that the percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy has a wide range of indications, is advantageous in high-risk patients, and, if properly performed, compares favorably with traditional gastrostomies. © 1991.
