摘要
This paper presents a personal view about how applications of technology-based learning should be evaluated. It examines the various difficulties faced by evaluators in assessing learning outcomes and in applying standard procedures with new technologies. An approach based on four elements is suggested: drawing out the central issues; using appropriate evaluation tools; contextualising the application and finally collecting suitable data.
