PROCESSES OF MHD-WAVE RADIATION AND OF COSMIC-RAY FLUX FOCUSING IN THE GALAXY

摘要：
Nonlinear kinetic equations describing cosmic ray propagation in a scattering medium are analyzed. The scattering is determined by cosmic ray interactions with MHD-fluctuations. We consider a self-consistent model in the framework of MHD-wave radiation by the cosmic rays. Our investigations show that in the mo del the region in which cosmic rays are confined occurs naturally around the disk of cosmic ray sources. Beyond the boundary the scattering is not effective giving rise to the run-away flux of cosmic rays. This process of cosmic ray flux focusing just describes particle excape from the Galaxy.
