摘要
The last 20 years have seen a marked increase in environmental policy as a strategic tool in corporate policy. World class manufacturers in particular have woven environmenta concerns into their corporate culture, their marketing strategies and their operations, to great effect. What they are finding is that waste reduction techniques, life cycle analysis and cradle-to-grave concern in the design process yield unexpected rewards. A case in point is Kodak, a study of which reveals the many benefits available to a company that wholly integrates environmental concerns into its corporate mandate.
