摘要：
Total radiative recombination coefficients for all H, He, C, N, O, Ne ions and effective recombination coefficients for important optical and UV transitions of H, He, C, N, O ions are presented in the form of four parameter fits valid at low electron density and over a factor approximately 10(3) in t = 10(-4)T/z2, where T is the electron temperature and z the ionic charge.
