摘要
A new multi-purpose sensor concept based on surface plasmon polariton resonance in a Schottky barrier structure is given. Information is obtained directly as an electric signal across the barrier. High potentialities of the sensor are experimentally confirmed by the examples of measuring sucrose concentration in water and magnetic field sensing.
