摘要：

The responsibility must take the University in relation to community development, determines the need to study the dynamic social environment, and compliance role in each of the university functions. This assumption determines the primary need of change and transformation of the university to agree with the new social requirements of the medium. Therefore, in order to clarify article focuses on the social responsibility approach is presented today as a field of work and research, which must be assumed with more intensity and consistency as an ideal tool for: Train people with attitudes and ethical and moral values; Manage a transparent and equitable resources; Plan and optimize resources; Accountable to society. Challenges that affects today functions as the mission of the university.
