摘要：

There are much studies what you can deduce that the immediate implants postextraction can give good results, what it is confirmed for the high measure of success obteined with this therapeutic modality. There are cases in which this aesthetic and functional necessities take a primordial importance and, it really justifies an immediate implantation postextraction. The technological advanced with scientific support of the last forty years located to the implants into the modern dentistry, not only like a work philosophy but like a scientific verified truth.
