摘要：
A precursor method of L-tryptophan production using Corynebacterium glutamicum CCM 3358 resistant to indole was developed. When the dissolved oxygen level was maintained optimal by a periodic pH adjustment and different doses of indole were added the mutant produced 10.5 g/l tryptophan after a 55-h cultivation.
