摘要
This study aimed to characterize bacteria isolated from the interior roots and rhizosphere of sorghum, at 7, 30 and 60 days of the crop cycle. The strains with potential in promoting plant growth were isolated mostly in the early days of the crop cycle and had a varied morphology, the largest part of them being Gram negative. All bacteria were able of producing indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and fifty percent of them solubilized phosphates.
