摘要
We propose a technology for diagnostics, mapping and estimation of the square of flooded areas using remote sensing data from TERRA/MODIS and GIS technologies. As an illustration the proposed technology was applied to estimate the flooded areas of the Sambir district of the Iviv region in July 2008.
