DEFECT CHEMISTRY OF PEROVSKITE COMPOUND SR(FE0.5NB0.5)O3

摘要
The equilibrium electrical conductivity data of polycrystalline Sr(Fe0.5Nb0.5)O3 as a function of temperature, 1150-degrees-C to 1350-degrees-C, and oxygen partial pressure, 10(-15) < PO2 < 1 atm were measured and quantitatively fitted to a defect model only involving point defects V(o).., the doubly ionized oxygen vacancy, p and n, the concentration of hole and electron, and intrinsic acceptor A'. The curve-fitting function derived from this defect model is a simple parabolic form.
