摘要：
The need of invalids due to osteoarthrosis and rheumatic arthritis in technical means of rehabilitation for 2006-2008 according to data of individual programs of rehabilitation (IPR) of invalids, developed in the bureau of medical-social examination located in Irkutsk is studied. In IPR all necessary technical means of rehabilitation according to the Federal list approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation from December, 30th, 2005. 2347, and additional technical means of rehabilitation under the regional social program were included. Obtained data are necessary for planning of real volume of means of the federal budget necessary for performance of actions, specified in IPR of invalids.
