MULTIELEMENT ATOMIC-ABSORPTION ANALYSIS OF MONOLITHIC SPECIMENS WITH LASER ATOMIZATION

摘要
A laser-based multielement scanning analyzer of monolithic specimens has been developed, whose operating principle consists of the evaporation of the test sample by cw laser radiation, followed by atomic-absorption detection of certain elements. Simultaneous high-sensitivity atomic-absorption determination of elements in monolithic specimens is shown to be possible.
