摘要
The ferroelectric ceramics of solid solutions xSr(Li-1/4 Nb-3/4)O-3-(1-x)PbTiO3 (0.05 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 0.40) were fabricated by conventional solid state sintering. The dielectric constants, Curie temperature, electromechanical coupling factors, and linear thermal expansion were measured as a function of x. The piezoelectric constants, elastic compliance constants, and Poisson's ratio of the specimens were calculated from the measured piezoelectric properties. Maximum coupling factors k(31) and k(33), and maximum piezoelectric constants d(31) and d(33) were obtained for the composition x=0.30, which is located close to the phase boundary between the ferroelectric tetragonal and the paraelectric cubic phases.
