摘要：
This paper tries to produce a description of Contemporary Society's risks and its ecological effects. Since there are two species of risks (concrete and abstract) environmental law manages the consequences of these by the autonomization of the Prevention and Precaution Principles, as different risk management programs to deal with concrete and abstract risks. Biotecnology is an important example of abstract risks and how law works its management.
