NONLINEAR MODELING AND ANALYSIS OF DIFFERENTIAL INPUT DIFFERENTIAL OUTPUT AMPLIFIER BASED CANONIC RC OSCILLATORS

摘要
The method due to Huertas and co-workers (1990) has been applied to model and analyse the canonical RC single frequency oscillators (SFOs) based on differential input differential output op.-amps (DOOA) due to Bhattacharya and co-workers (1981). The stability is checked by the Turbo-Pascal program developed and sensitivity, design parameters, oscillation frequency and figure of merit are obtained and plotted as results. It is thereby shown that DOOA oscillators improve the performance, economy and compactness.
