Economic-Financiers Determining Factors of the Private Investment Decisions in the Garment Sector

The unfavorable evolution of the private investment emphasizes like one an important aspect within the Venezuelan economic crisis. Of this context, the objective of the article consists of determining the factors economic-financiers who affect the private investment decisions of the Zulia state garment sector. The study is descriptive and based on field research, including a personal interview to 18 managers. The results show that within such factors they emphasize the inflation (44,44%) and the monetary devaluation (38,89%). In addition, according to 61.11% of the interviewed people, the conditions of financing of the private bank disable the access on the credit, due to the excessive proceedings and high cost of the financing. One concludes that it is necessary to create stable and favorable macroeconomic conditions that allow to restrain the inflation and devaluation, as well as to improve the conditions of the credit supply, adapting them to the necessities of the enterprise sector.
