摘要：
A structure of Lie algebroid on the jet-bundle J1(M, R) of a Jacobi manifold M is explicitely described. A definition of contact groupoids is given, which is consistent with that structure of algebroid: the submanifold of units in the groupoid is, automatically, a Jacobi manifold and its related algebroid is isomorphic to the natural Lie algebroid of the groupoid.
