摘要：
The article reveals the peculiarities of functioning of trade enterprises in the chain of products distribution and a complex of services they provide. Logistic services directly or indirectly related to commodity flows are presented. The process of return and closed-loop flows formation associated with the activities of trade enterprises is considered. They are delimited by their economic essence. The special features of logistic services of retail and wholesale trade and public catering are highlighted.
