摘要：
Unemployment is one of the most important socio-economic problems in Turkey and it is expected that increasing Ibreign investments would be helpful in alleviating this problem. There had been severe sensitivity on this issue in recent years and it is aimed to raise the foreign capital inflows by providing important conveniences and advantages to foreign investors via Foreign Capital Law revision made in 2003.
