摘要
An automated, point by point, confocal Raman Mapping system is described, which combines a three dimensional objective scanner and a Raman microscope. A description of an autofocus system is given, which overcomes the problem of defocussing in confocal microscopy. Raman maps of PbO inclusions in PZT (lead zirconate titanate) ceramics, obtained by using the described system, are presented.
