摘要：
The method of dividing grids and a method of hardness measurement was used to investigate the stressed state during the hot extrusion of steel specimens. The stresses were calculated with a BESM-4 digital electronic computer. All of the normal stresses are compressive and increase in absolute value from the axis to container walls. The stressed state during hot extrusion approximates to uniform omnidirectional compression. The normal contact stresses between the metal being deformed and the die are determined.
