摘要：
A two-parameter difference-differential control system in the Wiener-Paley space of the entire functions is considered. The necessary and sufficient conditions of the optimality for the minimization problem of a strictly convex quadratic functional are obtained in the form of variational inequalities. For a particular case with no restrictions on admissible controls it is proved that the optimal control can be represented in a closed form.
