摘要
This work accepts as a general principle that what is to be defined or demonstrated cannot enter into the definition or demonstration, and therefore if any concept is to be defined or demonstrated it must be done through arguments other than those contained in the concept that is itself to be defined or demonstrated. In accordance with this reasoning, mathematical concepts such as statistical determinism and arithmetic proof are examined here, evidencing the need for the argument to contain random elements in the former case, and undecidable or indemonstrable elements in the latter case. Based on this same line of reasoning, this work analyzes the concepts of observable and subluminal, which belong to the field of physics, evidencing the need for their correct explanation to deal with unobservable and superluminal elements. With the help of concepts deriving from Information Theory, a physical interpretation is given to these unobservable elements, and from this the concept of randomness inherent to the quantum world is deduced.
