The Changing Nature of Relationships at Work-A Symposium

This short note introduces a mini-symposium on the changing nature of relationships at work. The mini-symposium essentially consists of two papers by two distinguished judges who are specialists in labour law-Mr Justice Langstaff from the UK and Justice Walton from Australia. In a revised version of my chairman's introduction to the original lectures given at University College London in April 2015, I present these two judicial authors, I reflect briefly on the topic of their papers and I welcome the comparative and empirically topical discussion which their two lectures instituted and which the two ensuing articles now continue in written and published form.
