KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN THE NEW CUBAN UNIVERSITY

The management of the knowledge, that the past takes relevance from the development from science and the technology in and the present century and the happened socio-economic transformations, has great importance for the changes that happen place in the Cuban Education Superior, whose univerzalisation to all the municipalities of the country is constituted in angular stone of the objective to universalize the knowledge and to reach integral a general culture after our citizens. The present article analyzes the development of the management of the knowledge in the universities and the strategies that as much make their improvement in the international case possible as Cuban, to consolidate the transformations towards a new university.
