摘要
A study was made of the corrosion aggressiveness of deaerated solutions of salts of weak acids in relation to plain carbon steel. It was established that under the conditions of predominantly cathodic control of corrosion rate that are typical of the investigated systems, an increase in the concentration of salts at a constant solution pH leads to intensification of corrosion due to the additional depolarizing action of H+ ions generated during the preceding electrolytic dissociation of the weak acid.
