Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O superconducting films were prepared by an electrodeposition process. The resulting films composed of Bi2Sr2Ca1Cu2Oy and Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3Oy. The resistance measurement showed a superconducting transition at 79 K. We observed the critical current density J(c) decreased exponentially with increasing temperature for Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O films.
