摘要
The distribution and determination of the Turkish Chiropteran fauna were studied between 1977 and 1988. 41 specimens including 32 Myotis mystacinus (Kuhl, 1819) and 9 Myotis brandti (Eversmann, 1845) were examined. M. brandti is first time observed from Turkey. Notes on habitat and behaviour, pelage and measurements are given for the first time for Turkish M. mystacinus and M. brandti. The comparisons show that Turkish M. mystacinus represents the subspecies, M. m. hajastanicus Argyropula, 1939, and M. brandti differs from the nominate form.
