摘要
A perturbation method has been developed to analyze the kinetics of a catalytic reaction system where the product of a heterogeneous reaction reacts homogeneously to re-form the reactant. This is used to investigate the kinetics of Fenton's reagent using a platinum rotating disk electrode (RDE). The rate constants of the reaction were found to be 135 M-1s-1in the forward direction and 1.5 M-1s-1in the backward direction. © 1990, American Chemical Society. All rights reserved.
