THE ARCHITECTONIC OF DISCOURSE ETHICS

This article aims to analyze the architectonic project of foundation of discourse ethics developed by Karl-Otto Apel, from the 1970's. We intend to show that Apel, through the language, will develop a global responsibility ethics for the society. In this sense the language, as a impassable medium of every theoretic and practical reflection lay the ground for an intersubjectivity, that enables the mutual acceptance ethics. This ethics will hold, not only in the normative level, but, also, will take into account the practical scope of foundation.
