High Performance Mixed-Mode Quadrature Oscillator

摘要
A new mixed-mode quadrature oscillator employing only two translinear conveyors and two grounded capacitors is presented. The circuit provides three current quadrature outputs at high impedance and two voltage quadrature outputs simultaneously. The bias current of conveyors can electronically control the frequency of oscillator. Results using real device parameters of bipolar transistors are given to verify the circuit.
