摘要：
Preliminary evidence is presented which indicates that chrysotile asbestos [an environmental toxicant and carcinogen] fibers can be recovered in the urine of a baboon which was gavaged with chrysotile. This result supports the contention that ingested asbestos fibers can penetrate the gastrointestinal tract of man.
