摘要：
The paper analyzes criminal law measures for the prevention of crimes committed in a state of intoxication, highlights certain discrepancies between the General and the Special parts of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The author suggests introducing changes and additions to criminal legislation in order to improve prevention of crimes committed in a state of intoxication.
