摘要
Aim: Intrasubject qualitative analysis of two jumps from Bosco battery: Squat Jump (SJ) and Counter Movement Jump (CMJ), used to evaluate the potency of lower limbs in athletes. Method: Analysis was performed in 2D, with the help of a CANON SX260 240fps camera, and the SkillSpector program, version 1.3.2, which allows to calculate speed and acceleration values. The subject performs 3 tries each jump in similar conditions, of which the best expression of each jump was chosen. Results: The subject has greater height in SJ leap from the height reached in the CMJ jump, while the speed achieved in the CMJ is greater than that obtained in the SJ; in the same manner, the acceleration is greater in the CMJ, compared to SJ. Conclusion: Results are consistent with the training performed by the subject, who has spent four years with physical activity three times a week, with resistance training using method of continuous running without strength training of the lower limbs.
