摘要：
The article is dedicated to the analysis of the debatable issues of international cooperation in the field of labour law within such international organizations as European Union, Council of Europe, Commonwealth of Independent States, Euro-Asian Economic Union. The international treaties are analyzed as the source of labour law. This allows for their classification into systems on the level of European labour law. Furthermore, based on the notion of their absoluteness, it permits the evaluation of the effectiveness of such treaties on different levels. The issues regulating the international relations in the field of labour and its inherent problems are discussed here and the author put forward possible solutions to solve these problems.
