摘要：
Observational data on the apparent angular size and interstellar scintillation of the Crab pulsar are analyzed. It is shown that these data correspond to the theoretical model of a statistically homogeneous turbulent medium with a piecewise power-law turbulence spectrum. The index of the three-dimensional spectrum is n1 = 3.5 at low frequencies and n2 = 4.5 at high frequencies. The spatial frequency near which the break occurs corresponds to a = (3-7) X 10(11) cm.
