摘要
In this article, our main concern is to introduce the most outstanding trait of a type of judicial source which is still rarely used in historiography. Such source encompasses not only the peronist period but also later ones. We refer to case bound judgments which were filed in the different Labour Courts in Buenos Aires since its foundation in 1947 up to the present. Even tough, as any other source, it is biased and it requires a meticulous critical view; this source can through light on various aspects of the social and state framework from a different perspective. This source is revealed as one of priceless quality for those concerned about rescuing the unheard voices in history.
