PRIMARY ABDOMINAL TUBERCULOUS LYMPHADENITIS IN A FRENCH PATIENT

摘要：
Case report of a young French farm girl admitted as an emergency with a painful abdominal tumour. The tumour could not be removed and simple biopsies were performed. The histological diagnosis was "tuberculous mesenteric lymphadenitis." With appropriate treatment the patient was cured in 6 weeks. The use of CT scanning and echography in the diagnosis and follow-up is stressed. This is a rare site for tuberculosis.
