摘要：
In article are considered theoretical bases securitization hypothecary asset, is brought advantage of her (its) use for domestic bank system. The Main attention concentrated on feature of the terminological device and types securitization asset as one of the main instrument refunding hypothecary credit. The first agreement securitization hypothecary actives in domestic bank practice are analyses. The actual problems of the introducing the mechanism securitization hypothecary asset are Considered in Ukraine, for the reason stabilizations market hypothecary lending and increasing to liquidity of the bank system as a whole.
