摘要：

Chromatographic investigations (HPLC, TLC) on brotizolam are described. Quantitative determination of the drug from commercial tablets (Lendormin(R)) was carried out by reversed-phase HPLC method with internal standard technique. Moreover, a stability test of active principle and determination of drug release rates from pharmaceutical formulation in aqueous solutions at different pH values were performed.
