摘要
Unfortunately, with the evolution of man we have learned many things about the Shock and not necessarily in vitro studies but for war and violence. In World War II Dr. Ledran defined "CHOC" as an impact caused by gunshot wounds and caused a progressive loss of the Functions Vital to death. Many authors have attempted to define the shock, meeting with concepts such as: "A momentary pause in the act of death" described by John Collins Warren in 1800, later in 1872 Samuel Gross, defining impact as "a sudden disruption of the machinery of life". But still the shock, one of the clinical situations is diagnosed more frequently in critically ill patients, it seems to turn one of the lesser-known medical conditions thoroughly by the health staff and due to the impact on the mortality of this disease, it is important to review theoretical understanding hemodynamic patterns to focus on better treatment.
