The innovative organizational culture from a valorative perspective

摘要
Referring to innovative organizational culture requires considering the social culture, basically, because organizations are open social systems in continuous interaction with society. And organizations are conformed by men and women who, at the same time, are members of a society and citizens of a country. The present article explains how to substitute an organizational culture for another, or to create an innovative organizational culture, it implies a paradigm change or a social representation change for organizations as well as its members'roles. It means to implement new social values and principles, such as creativity, trust, cooperation, research, as well as self-learning. Doing this article required the use of various methodological techniques like: documental analysis, inferential abduction, and logical rationalization. It concludes by presenting a model to change organizational culture for another based on new values and principles.
