摘要：
As part of the results from the taxonomic floristic study of the Bignoniaceae family from the state of Tabasco, for the first time the presence of Amphitecna donnell-smithii (Sprague) L. O. Williams is reported in the state and its presence in Mexico's flora. The description, distribution, and characterization of its habitat are detailed. A taxonomic key is also included for the species of the Amphitecna genus in Mexico.
