摘要：
The article explores the issues of national health service in the Republic of Kazakhstan that are inseparable from human capital development. The paper contains information on the dynamics of social-demographic indicators, gender ratio, and provides data on principles of the new healthcare programme realization. The author puts an emphasis on the necessity to strengthen the role of health service in new economic conditions. The article points out that the present reforms carried out in the Republic in the sphere of public health will alter human capital at quality level.
