摘要
A longitudinal magnetoresistivity rho-xx in a surface electron (SE) layer above liquid helium is measured at magnetic fields up to 6 KOe for temperatures down to 0.4 K. The dependence rho-xx (T) at constant magnetic field is a curve with a minimum and a maximum. Such behaviour of rho-xx is consistent with the theoretical concepts developed by Yu. P. Monarkha [1,9] and can be accounted for by a quantum nature of charge motion through the liquid-vapour interface under competition of gas and ripplon mechanisms of SE scattering.
