Corporate Social Responsibility, Standard of Living and Social Work

The corporate social responsibility is presented as one of the most common ways in which companies, mostly the private ones, develop actions that they consider are able to generate social well-being. Nowadays, some professionals from the social area are getting involved into this type of proposals. Based on a case study, this article pretends to provide some elements to analyze this kind of initiatives from social parameters that facilitate the assessment of them and also the possibility of generating proposals built from a social approach.
